3. Financial Transactions — When you make a deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), transaction details are recorded for compliance and security purposes.

5. Customer Support — When you contact the neng4d support team via live chat, email, or Telegram, those communications are recorded.

• Active Account Data — Retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Financial Transaction Data — Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysia's tax and anti-money laundering legal requirements.
• Support Communication Logs — Retained for 2 years after a ticket is resolved.
• KYC Data (Identity Verification) — Retained for 5 years after account closure, in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Closed Account — Data is securely deleted or anonymised once the minimum retention period has elapsed.

Once the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted using methods appropriate to the sensitivity of that data.

Neng4d implements an age verification process during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time if there are concerns about a player's age.

Neng4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, new legal requirements, or operational developments on the platform.

When material changes are made, we will:
