Terms & Conditions neng4d — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to neng4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your access to and use of the neng4d platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by neng4d ("Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the neng4d Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines that may be published from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the neng4d Platform immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "You") and neng4d ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). They are established to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players in Malaysia.

To register and use the neng4d Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are an individual residing in or a citizen of Malaysia.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list enforced by any statutory body.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Your account has never been closed by neng4d for a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Neng4d reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active neng4d account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether through the same name, phone number, email address, ID number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential.
• Notify neng4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your contact details — especially your phone number and email — are kept up to date.

Neng4d shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All deposits into a neng4d account must be made using a payment method verified under the same player's name. neng4d does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit
• GrabPay — instant deposit
• Boost — instant deposit
• ShopeePay — instant deposit
• DuitNow — deposits processed within minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) — deposits processed within minutes

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit is subject to your account verification level. All deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

Neng4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond neng4d's control.

Players may withdraw funds from their neng4d account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same player's name.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Neng4d may require additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Withdrawal processing time is between 2 to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected and the time the request is submitted. Withdrawals made on business days are typically processed faster than those made on weekends.

Neng4d reserves the right to delay or place a hold on any withdrawal where further investigation, identity verification, or concerns related to suspicious activity are required.

Neng4d offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, and a VIP program. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer.

General terms applicable to all neng4d bonuses:

• Bonuses are for the player's personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Neng4d reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period.
• Bonuses that expire without the rollover requirement being met will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure.

All bets placed on neng4d are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirmation is made.

Neng4d reserves the right to cancel or void any bet under the following circumstances:

• Technical errors affecting the integrity of a game or odds.
• Bets placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• Matches or events that have been cancelled, postponed, or materially rescheduled.
• Evidence of fraud or manipulation in a wagered event.

For online slots and Live Casino games, all game outcomes are final and processed by an independently verified RNG system. neng4d has no control over the result of any individual game.

For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, and other sports, neng4d uses accredited sports data sources. Official results from the relevant sporting bodies are final in determining the outcome of all bets.

Neng4d players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to compromise the integrity of the neng4d system.
• Abusing bonus or promotional features in ways not intended.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Disclosing another player's personal information without their consent.

Neng4d employs advanced detection technology to identify suspicious activity. Any violation may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Neng4d reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. Players may also close their own account by contacting the neng4d support team.

If an account is closed due to a breach by the player, neng4d reserves the right to:

• Holding all account balances until the investigation is concluded.
• Cancellation of all unused bonuses.
• Declining any future requests to reopen the account.

If an account is closed at the player's own request or for responsible gaming reasons, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be refunded within 7 business days.

Neng4d is fully committed to responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their playing habits:

• Loss Limit — limit the amount you can lose within a given period.

The neng4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. neng4d makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or remain accessible at all times.

Neng4d shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Technical disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as the player's internet connection, telecommunications infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from valid betting outcomes determined by the system.
• Loss of funds or data resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Under no circumstances shall neng4d's maximum liability to any player for any claim exceed the total account balance of that player at the time the claim is made.

Neng4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will always be published on this page, along with the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the neng4d platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration conducted under mutually agreed rules.
